About Suzie
Suzie L. Jacinthe, Founder
I did not arrive at this work through a straight line. I arrived through two decades of being in the room — and sometimes the only one in the room — navigating intersections of strategy, systems, and people, leading across cultures and borders, and learning that the most important leadership work is rarely the loudest.
As a public health practitioner and former U.S. diplomat, I built and steered large-scale programs across the United States, Sub-Saharan Africa, Haiti, and Nepal — sitting at tables with government ministers, multilateral donors, and community health workers, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and guiding teams through crises and transitions where the path forward was genuinely not clear. I also coached and mentored leaders across cultures, geographies, and sectors — women and men — ready to step forward, but often unseen, underestimated, or navigating competing pressures.
Beyond the résumé, I raised a family across countries and time zones, showed up fully as a leader, and breathed through one more day with clarity and steadiness — as a single mother whose world has never been contained by one geography. I know what it means to carry everything not counted on a performance review and still lead well.
That is not separate from this work. It is the work.
I built Bridging Momentum Waves grounded in a simple belief: most leaders are operating well below their actual reach — not from lack of talent or commitment, but because something around clarity, alignment, voice, or well-being holds them short of where they could go. I lived that tension again and again. And I know what becomes possible when you finally move through it with the right support.
I work with senior leaders and organizations ready to step forward — into harder conversations, larger roles, more honest leadership, and fuller presence – and with the surrounding systems and teams, because individual leadership and organizational health move together. I bring everything into that space: strategy and humanity, rigor and humor, global perspective and the grounded practicality of someone who had to make things work — in the field and in life.

I think outside the frame — the most useful insight is rarely the obvious one, and I have built a career finding angles that others missed.
I keep it colorful — this work is serious, but it does not have to be heavy. Humor and humanity also belong in the room.
And I am always learning — from the field, from my clients, from the world. I bring curious thinking and lived experience in equal measure — and neither ever stops.
My work is rooted in South Florida and extends virtually across the world — because leadership does not stop at borders.
